Welcome to the Distribution Participation Form

The application process that follows will take you roughly 10 minutes. The things that you will need to have on hand to complete the process include:

General business details and contact details including your GST number.
A description of your business.
Your distribution rate (or commission) that you will be applying to transactions that are processed via Tourism Exchange on your behalf.
Your payment terms – ‘On account’ or ‘Direct to supplier’. To find out more about these payment terms, view our demo.

Business Description

Please provide a description of your Distribution Channel. This is used to explain to Tourism Operators what your channel can do for them. When creating the Business Description please consider the following:

Should include location, content, services and all other relevant information such as number of visitors to your site per month or customer traffic through your Information Centre etc
Any information about how your website is updated with bookable product (if there are any manual steps required) and who to contact in the event a listing does not occur

Short Name Notes

Short Names will be used by tourism products to identify the distribution channel
Short Names should be no longer than 40 letters and MUST not contain spaces – underscores are ok.
All TXNZ Web distributors will have a suffix of '_web' and all TXNZ Booking Centre Modules will have a suffix of '_info'
An example Short Name would be 'visit-our_region_web' or 'visit_our_region_info'

Web Developer's Details (for TXNZ Web Distribution Services Only)

Your Web Developer will need to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to enable TXNZ to provide them with the necessary technical documentation to undertake the integration.Please complete the information. TXNZ will contact your Web Developer regarding this NDA.

Distributor Terms And Conditions *

Please provide your Distributor Terms and Conditions. These are the commercial terms that a Tourism Operator will agree to when opting in to your channel. Please ensure you consider the following:

Can be any length
Should include your Distributor Rate (or commission) and any pricing terms
Should include information about the payment flow that you will be using eg Direct to Provider or On Account.
Full details of the circumstances in which You can change Your Distributor Terms and Conditions including Your Distributor Rate (Commission). Note, You must include a requirement for Tourism Operators using you as a Distributor to be notified by e-mail a minimum of 30 days prior to the implementation of any changes to your Distribution Rate. This notice will be copied to TXNZ.
