What you need to be a seller on the Tourism Exchange

Live inventory

All products and services on the Tourism Exchange must be available as live, real-time inventory.

There are 3 ways you can offer live inventory through the Tourism Exchange:

I am a supplier with substantial inventory and a highly customised (or proprietary) reservation management system		Customised Connection For suppliers with large inventories, the Tourism Exchange can build a customised connection with your existing reservation management system. Find out more
I am already using a commonly available reservation management system		Systems Connection The main reservation and booking management systems in New Zealand are being progressively connected directly to the Tourism Exchange. Find out more
I am a small to medium sized business, using a reservation system that has been developed and customised specifically for my business		Build a Connection using our Common API Some suppliers have developed and customised reservation management systems specifically for their businesses. Using our Common API Connector, you can build a connection that allows your inventory to feed into the Tourism Exchange. To find out more, contact us
I don’t currently use a live reservation or booking management system		Select a System or Choose an Eviivo Frontdesk Connection If you don’t currently use a live reservation management system, the Tourism Exchange has an easy, affordable system called Eviivo Frontdesk which is fully integrated into the Tourism Exchange. Participation Agreement

Before you can start trading on the Tourism Exchange, you’ll need to complete our Participation Pack and sign the Participation Agreement. This sets out the rules and codes of conduct for all participants on the Tourism Exchange. It ensures everyone plays by the rules of fair conduct on the Tourism Exchange. There are no term contracts. You can stop and start as you want.
