Buy on the Exchange – Enhanced Integration

An Enhanced Integration allows you to provide your customer base with a simple online, real-time booking facility with a search function covering the suppliers you represent. This is ideal for regionally based distributors who want to offer a wider range of accommodation, attraction and tourism services through their website.

With Enhanced Integration, distributors can decide whether they prefer 'Direct to Supplier' or 'On Account' terms of payment. With the 'Direct to Supplier' method, payment is made direct to the supplier’s nominated account at the time of booking. The supplier becomes the merchant of record and handles all booking and billing changes and amendments.

An Enhanced Integration can include any of these functions:

  • A simple 'book now' button to check availability and book specific suppliers
  • Branded Search (or Discovery) pages
  • Booking pages designed and branded in your own style
  • Access to web services including supplier calendar, availability and opt-in features
  • Opt-in reports emailed bi-weekly that show which suppliers would like to join your distribution network
  • Technical support to install and complete the integration
  • Use of booking related web services which enable the entire booking process to be embedded in another website or system.
