Clarity- Total Hospitality Solutions and Phoenix join Tourism Exchange

Clarity -Total Hospitality Solutions and its Phoenix brand of integrated hospitality property management software has joined the Tourism Exchange – delivering important benefits for all Phoenix users while further boosting the Exchange’s member base.
Traditionally operated by accommodation providers with 30 plus rooms, Phoenix is used by around 100 New Zealand properties, with additional users in the United Kingdom and Pacific Islands.
Clarity-Total Hospitality Solutions (THS) General Manager Brent Smith says the integration with Tourism Exchange gives all properties using Phoenix software real business advantages, including being able to provide live inventory information and booking confirmation in real time.
“The unique nature of Tourism Exchange means our users can now be exposed to increased business opportunities – via the extensive network of global distributors. And as the Tourism Exchange continues to grow, so too does the opportunity for increased business,” says Brent.
Operating since 1992, Brent says his company continues to look at value-add business offerings for its users, many of whom have been using the software for between five and 10 years.
“We are already integrated with a number of channel managers – integrating with Tourism Exchange now allows us to complete our internet offering and range of value-add services.”
