Air New Zealand’s International Contact Centre is based in Auckland,  and  handles over 6000 sales and servicing calls daily from key markets including New Zealand, UK, Australia and North America.

The Contact Centre consultants can book Tourism Exchange accommodation providers directly, thanks to an integration between the Exchange and  Air New Zealand Holiday’s core reservation system.

Tourism Exchange operators can feed availability to this channel via Air New Zealand Holidays (Wholesale Division), who contract operators on behalf of the Air New Zealand Contact Centre. 

Grabaseat

Grabaseat attracts over 80 000 unique visitors daily, and is one of the most successful travel websites in New Zealand. Grabaseat have supplementary accommodation pages on their ever popluar Grabaseat website. 

Inventory will be exclusively sourced from Tourism Exchange.

RoomsDirect.co.nz is the exciting new online accommodation retailer which provides real time booking for all categories of accommodation, from hotels and motels, luxury lodges, b & b’s, camping grounds, backpackers and holiday homes and will exclusively access inventory from the Tourism Exchange.

Air New Zealand Holiday Stores

Air New Zealand Holidays has 21 stores nationwide, providing professional travel consultancy for both international and domestic travellers. Often acting as a domestic booking agent for international visitors, the 120 travel planners across the chain provide local knowledge and expertise.

Through the Tourism Exchange integration with the Air New Zealand Holiday’s core reservation system, the Holiday shops can now access Tourism Exchange growing portfolio of accommodation options.   
 

Tandem Travel (formerly Air New Zealand Business Direct)

Tandem Travel is one of New Zealand’s biggest travel management companies, employing over 130 staff across its Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch offices.

Tandem consultants manage the travel arrangements including domestic and international flights, accommodation and rental car requirements for many of New Zealand’s leading companies.
